About Ryan Greco

Ryan loves being a Realtor and just helping people in general. His primary goal in any transaction isn’t just “to get the deal done,” but for his clients to be informed and confident through the process, and ultimately happy when the deal is done. Ryan’s clients describe him as knowledgeable, hardworking, personable, and even fun. 

With a background as a commercial litigation attorney, and a LOT of experience as a DIY home remodeler (and a partner who has written a book on interior use of space), Ryan offers uunique insights to help buyers understand the potential (and potential cost) of renovating or updating a new home. Through Ryan’s experience selling his own homes, he is able to offer his clients personal and authentic advice to help make the process as smooth as possible, while also offering concrete tips on how to get the most out of their investment. 
 
In addition, as a former litigation attorney, Ryan is able to break down the contract “legalize” into language that makes sense, and help his clients truly understand—and make informed decisions about—the risks involved with buying or selling a home.
